A medium bodied dry wine, the 2007 Cabernet Franc was harvested on October 15 at 22.5 Brix. At the end of fermentation the wine was placed in oak barrels for 6 months. Time in wood allows the integration of the tannins and vanillin components from the oak.

As a medium body dry wine, our Cabernet Franc presents flavors of dark fruit and has a lingering finish. It pairs well with dishes ranging from red meats to pizza.
